Coaching for Startups

Most days you feel like you’re fire fighting a stream of bugs and features requests, pulling you into the weeds, even though you know your real value comes when you have the space to think strategically

For the first few years of a startup, most founders are the product manager. You’re the one figuring out what customers need and what to build to meet those needs — all while raising money, managing staff, buying biscuits, and just trying to keep the lights on.

Most days you feel like you’re fire fighting a stream of bugs and features requests, pulling you into the weeds, even though you know your real value comes when you have the space to think strategically. It’s exhausting knowing that every decision you make could be pivotal, and yet you’re stuck in the weeds.

A coaching program gives you the space, tools, and perspective to step out of the chaos and into clarity – designed to give you the clarity to prioritise what really matters, the confidence to say no to what doesn’t, and the tools to make informed product decisions that move the needle.

Coaching programs are bespoke, but here’s an example of a program created for a startup founder on a mission to achieve product market fit within the next 12 months.
